It uses a secure online video connection so you can have a private visit with a qualified CoxHealth medical professional. If you have a computer, smartphone, or other mobile device, you can have an appointment.
Online appointments are available for people ages 2 years and older located in the state of Missouri. Virtual Visits On Demand bills your insurance as you would expect with an urgent care or walk-in clinic visit, so have your insurance card ready. If you need a prescription, we’ll call it into your pharmacy. Some On Demand visits may require additional labs or exams that aren’t available in all settings.
Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
