Pharmacy Benefit Manager Name Change

Cox HealthPlans uses EnvisionRx to manage your pharmacy benefits. On September 1, EnvisionRx will change its name to Elixir.

WHAT THIS CHANGE MEANS FOR MEMBERS:

• Continue using current pharmacy benefits Member ID cards. Members will be receiving new ID Cards in the mail with correlative communication.
• Members can access benefits and services as they always have, even if they see both names on different materials.
• Get ready for some exciting updates to Member Portals and mobile app, which are coming soon!
